The oldest of five siblings, my brothers and sisters and I had anything but a "normal" childhood. From moving over twenty times to parents in the hoosegow, cartoons and our own bright imaginations were our only escapes from chaos.

I have loved to write since the second time I had to complete the first grade, and I always knew that someday I'd write a memoir of my dysfunctional, crazy childhood. I did. For years, only my spouse, my siblings and a handful of family members (who wouldn't try to sue me for defamation) read my book. I decided to publish it after my mother passed away in 2017.

I live in Redington Shores, Florida with my husband Anthony, our dog Penelope and our cat, Moxie.
